Human Resource Administrative Specialist

We are looking for an HR Administrative Specialist to join our team!
What you'll do:
Provide a wide variety of administrative and operations support to meet the needs of the division, including ensuring proper HR policy application, employee information and data maintenance, reporting, and regulatory compliance.

Associate's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related area, or High School Diploma or GED AND 2 additional years of relevant experience. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred.
2 years of experience in Human Resources working as an HR Assistant, HR Analyst or similar administrative and technical support position.
Knowledge of basic human resources functions, applications, and applicable laws preferred.
Strong proficiency with a variety of computer programs including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and HRIS systems.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to prioritize work, handle a variety of tasks simultaneously, and complete projects in a fast-paced environment.
Resourceful in accomplishing work and anticipating and executing next steps with minimal guidance.
Effectively and quickly responds to demands in a proactive manner.
Strong proficiency in mathematical calculations and problem-solving.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service skills with a wide and varied customer base, internal and external.
Ability to be collaborative and build relationships with a wide range of people in different departments at all levels of the organization.
Ability to handle sensitive situations and confidential information with discretion.
