Student Assistance Professional (SAP) (College Place)

If yes, then the Educational Service District 123 is looking for a passionate and qualified candidate to fill an opening within the College Place School District. It is a full-time, school year position (Sept-June) with access to full benefits and paid time off. Starting annual salary $ 37,128.00.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (include but not limited to):
• Provides early alcohol/drug prevention and intervention services to students and their families including substance use screenings and referral information.
• Provides training to teachers, counselors, community youth workers, parents, students, school administrators as part of the ESD 123.
• Participates as a member of the Student Assistance Team at the school(s) assigned and assists in developing, maintaining, and/or enhancing an internal “identification, intervention & referral process” for school staff.
